Multi Grip Bar

Handle Construction: One set of internal angled grip handles (30-degrees) is spaced 10-inches apart, while the vertical two sets of neutral grips are 20 and 28.5-inches apart.

Rackability: It is a specialty multi grip bar weighing 20 kg and 80.7’’ in length and can be racked on Standard Power Racks.

Knurling and Plate Compatibility: The shaft diameter is 32mm, having a 1.5mm knurling. The sleeve diameter is 48mm and possesses a loadable sleeve length of 14’’, making it compatible with Olympic weight plates.

Coating: This multi grip barbell comes out of a 7-tank Black Powder coating process to give you a good finish and a better lifting feels with an aggressive knurl.

 Warranty: We care for the consistency of your workout and hence longevity of the products and provide a 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects

Note: The bar is finished in a black structured powder coat. Please note that any metal-to-metal contact with the coated sleeves (such as adding and/or removing plates) may cause wear on the finish over time.
