Make your anterior and posterior chain work with the push and pulls using this Mighty Sled. With a sturdy built, this gym sled is compact, tough and versatile for speed training on any surface. Having laser cut holes on the sides makes it compatible to add various attachments.

It features a pair of upright push poles of 50mm grip diameter which can be interchangeably used at both ends of the sled. This allows quick transitions to the direction you want to push/pull rather than rotating the entire power sled with two fixed poles. The poles are 910mm long to accommodate both high and low push stances.

Robustly Constructed sled itself weighs 33kg and has a loadable centre weight horn of 50mm mounted over a base plate. Compatible with Olympic standard size plates (50-51mm Collar opening)

The sled has an overall compact design and is easy to assemble and store in your workout space.
