Squat wedges let you position yourself with elevated heels. It helps increase the squat depth and range of motion to perform A2G squats, engaging the quads and protects the knee joints.
Available in two variations of 10 degrees and 20 degrees incline, the greater the incline, the more quad dominant the squat will be, maximum will be the squat depth.
Constructed with 3mm thick Steel, these wedges are preferable when the goal is stability and durability. They feature slotted design at the bottom which helps in easily picking up the wedge from the ground. To have a firm grip and avoid skid, the wedge surface area is chequered and is adequate to hold the largest foot size.
It features laser cut-outs of inclines on the bottom sides for easy identification.
